21+ Only Policy

Longmont Liquors sells alcohol only to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. This policy applies to all purchases made through our website and at our physical store location.

Age Verification at Pickup

A valid government-issued photo ID must be presented at the time of pickup. Acceptable forms of ID include:

• Valid U.S. driver's license
• Valid U.S. passport or passport card
• Valid military ID
• Any other government-issued photo ID that verifies age

Orders may not be released to anyone who cannot provide valid ID or who appears under the legal drinking age, even if the order was placed by an adult.

Delivery Policy

For orders delivered via DoorDash, the delivery driver will verify the recipient's age before completing the delivery. Delivery may be refused and returned to the store if the recipient cannot present valid ID or appears to be under 21. In such cases, the delivery fee is non-refundable.

Third-Party Delivery

Longmont Liquors uses DoorDash as its exclusive delivery partner. The age verification requirements described above apply to all DoorDash deliveries. Longmont Liquors is not responsible for delivery failures due to recipient non-compliance with age verification.

If our team cannot confirm your age with certainty, we will not complete the sale. This is not a reflection on any individual — it is a legal requirement that we take seriously. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
